"I was so pleasantly surprised at this hotel. I was worried the rooms would feel cramped, but our family of 4 had all the room we needed. The location is unbeatable - we were up down and all around the city for our 5 day visit and it was so convenient. We didn’t use any amenities and never dealt with any employees other than check in/out, but all was smooth and clean, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Our air conditioner was broken for a couple days and it was 80 degrees. We called to get it fixed, and three hours later nobody came. We had to call again then finally someone came and opened the window. The AC was broken the whole time though (besides the first day)."

"Good points: great location. Pretty lobby. Bad points: the HVAC is poor; the room is a constant 76°. The granite of the bathroom sink is cracked with sharp edges and stone dust in the bathroom. Very poor water pressure in the sink; just a trickle. Shabby furniture. Stained carpet. Uncomfortable room in many ways. "
