"Been a while since I stayed here, used to be called 3 Palms.. the room smelled good when I walked in, as soon as I turned on the light is when I saw some broken items.. light switch in the bathroom, tolit paper was on the floor( the dispenser was broken) the shower know was just slip in the turn on water.. then realized how dirty the carpet was and the debris all over!!"

"The screws on the top hinge of the bathroom door in room 252 were coming out. This made it difficult to close the bathroom door. Also, the toilet is not properly secured to the floor. It rocks when you sit on it. The air conditioner is extremely loud and woke me up a few times during the night. I reported the bathroom door and toilet issues ti the front desk, and no person ever came to the address the issues. I attempted to get a late checkout, which normally they provide, but because this is their 'off-season" they could not accommodate me because their housekeeping staff were restricted from working overtime. The property was one of the participating hotels for people attending the Nike basketball session. I feel they should have planned for the additional guests."

"Don’t waste your money. Day one given wrong keycards to room. After standing outside with front desk on phone was told we were at wrong room. Tv in room didn’t work. In room dining did not work. Last day water was turned off on property w/o us k owing. We had no toilet or showers at 4 am to go to airport. I want a refund"

"Staff was good but hotel is clearly due for a remodel. The room didn't look anything like shown in the advertised photo. Very, very dingy and old"

"Room was small , the hours don’t coordinate well with water park and check in and only had access to one pool overall for price it wasn’t worth it ."

"Overall, the stay was relaxing but the room could use a little updating. The pool area was clean and the outside staff at the bar was great. Front desk was very helpful with checking in and out. My wife and I would stay again. Thank you"
