"The room was decent, but there was a bureau with a broken drawer and most of the light switches did not work. You had to turn the lights on manually. I was also taken aback that there was no one there to check us in. I prefer having someone there to explain everything. When I first reserved the room, the details included free wi-fi and washer/dryer; they might have had the washer and dryers on the premises but they weren't in the room and we weren't provided with any details on the wi-fi.
