"Great place"

"The room was well-designed, efficient use of space with all amenities. I especially liked the fact that everything could be controlled with the Ipad. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shops at Newbury street and with the T right next door. The lobby was well designed with ample areas for lounging, dining or just spending time with other guests. I loved the vibe. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Boston."

"Copley House is beautifully located a few steps away from prudential. Walkable to most downtown areas within 30 minutes. The buildings are well maintained and the rooms are super clean. Staff is extremely helpful polite and responsive. The cleaning lady was delightful and did her job really well. Kitchen is well equipped with a burner, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a refrigerator. Adequate supplies to brew several cups of tea/ coffee are provided. Laundry services in the basement are...

"As soon as I checked in my room’s AC unit did not work and I blew hot air. My 1st task was to unpack and take a shower. When I got out room was hot like an oven. I called the front desk, the maintenance personnel came, handed me new key to a new room, stating had prior knowledge of this issue. But yet room was rented out. Further no attempt to assist to move my unpacked suitcases. After several trips to the new room, I was able to have a restful sleep."

"This property is perfect! My only complaint is that when I booked it stated that we would have free breakfast and upon arrival they stated that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Pretty disappointed but it did not take away from the beauty and cleanliness at this hotel"

The hotel is well situated in a quiet area of Seaport, with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Public transit is also very easily accessible. The staff are kind and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean."

"Des draps sales. Changement de chambre à 3 reprises et à chaque fois le même problème se posait, des draps utilisés et sales. L’hôtel est bien, le personnel sympathique mais la problématique des draps laisse un goût amer. L’hôtelier a promis de rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre mais en vain. Sans nouvelles et aucune compensation à ce jour."

"I was put in the wrong room initially but the front desk guy corrected it for me. The room was not the most comfortable the bed was kind of hard and the towels were stiff. I am not going to lie no I would not stay here again. Also they charged me $65 for one night of valet parking!"

"Regarding our recent stay ( May 2026, room 2028 ). While the hotel’s location is excellent and the lobby restaurant serves a good food, the room condition did not meet my expectations. The room appeared outdated, featuring stained lampshades, stained bedsheets and a severely scratched toilet bowl and sink's faucet. More importantly, there is a plumbing maintenance issue in the bathroom: the shower plate incorrectly indicates the water temperature direction, which led to confusion and water waste...
