"This particular night wasn’t great because of the guests in room 169 who were loud with people coming in and out the room, banging on the door until at least 1am. I did end up leaving and coming back the next morning just to check out. Other than that, the stay is usually always great."

"check in at 3 we arrive at 255 told they had no clean rooms for the 2 dozen guest ahead of me and to get in line they'd call guest one by one as rooms open up i didn't get a room until 415 and there were 17 guest after me still waiting the staff kept saying don't know what to tell ya we don't have any rooms cleaned like what ?!"

"I did like the property but Expedia was unfair to me.Because I purchased the room through. Expedia.When I arrived at the front desk in the hotel , they did not have my reservation listed in their computer. So what I'm trying to say, Expedia already accepted my credit card, but at the hotel they didn't not have me in their computer."

"Put into no bed room, nothing was prepared. Breakfast is just some common items and in the reception hall offering, coffee is cold. Early check-in requested for 1:00 pm, but not available and their check-in time is 4:00 pm and charged for about 200$ is not worth it."
