"Our stay was perfect. Ample free parking. Near restaurants and shopping. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Highly recommended."

"The double queen room was very old and outdated. Whatever chemicals they use to clean were so strong it gave me a migraine. The mattresses were AWFUL. By the time we got back from Mount Rushmore, there was no one in the office and the mattresses were so terrible we couldn’t stay. We ended up leaving at 11pm and continued on our trip. Will not be back!"

"We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website. I would like a refund please because on the third phone call the manager told me he never received my reservation from Expedia and he had issues with Expedia in the past. This...

"Line at the front desk while only one worker tended to customers, who looked to be the manager just stood back and watched everyone wait instead of using the second computer right in front of him to help. Then when I got my room card, there were workers taking up the whole hallway to get to my room. As soon as I tried to enter and settle in they decided it was time for my room to get a shower rack installation. I wasn’t able to get my room to myself for 30 minutes after check in. They left dust...

"You get what you pay for. There was not water running from the sink"

"Surprisingly nice hotel - it would be perfect for people attending events at the monument. They have a very nice pool, breakfast was good and they offered a reception with drinks and popcorn at night including a cultural training from a Lakota gentleman. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The laundry on site was handy and the staff were super helpful as well. The gym is in the basement so we didn’t end up using that and the hot tub jets didn’t work."

"When we walked in the room also smelled. The bathroom was not very clean, the walls and the paper was peeling off. In the shower there were hairs from other guests."

"Room walls had holes in the walls. Bathroom tub was dirty from not draining properly and constant water drip. The only good about the stay was they refunded me the $35 pet fee."

"Arrived at hotel to find out they canceled my stay due to no one to clean rooms. They did refund my stay but the inconvenience of having to find another place to stay was frustrating."

"I must mention the employees working at this hotel. They are all so nice whether the lady stopped working and went to the lobby room to give me coffee or the young housekeeper gave me extra soup. Their smiles were genuine."

"The facilities are modern and kept clean. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool multiple times. Breakfast was good with choices of scrambled eggs, toast or muffins or bagels. The ham was delicious, too. We enjoyed our stay since the location was convenient to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial and Custer State Park as well as the airport."
