"A lovely overnight stay. The sandwiches at lunchtime ( especially the Club) and the truffle and Parmesan fries were superb as was dinner. Lovely clean rooms, tastefully decorated throughout the hotel and staff were extremely helpful. What a stunning position next to the river!"

"The room was spotlessly clean a few light patches on the carpet but very well maintained the staff were welcoming and the choice of breakfast menu was amazing my friend and opted for a full Scottish breakfast which was cooked to perfection and so tasty there was a selection of buns croissants and yogurts and fruit if you wanted a healthy breakfast. The bathroom was very nice I ordered the products online which I do after every visit which are provided in the bathroom and we indulged in the spa...

"Stated at the hotel for 2 nights and it was fabulous! Our room, Harlow Suite, was gorgeous and included a free stocked refrigerator. Staff very attentive and courteous. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Not a huge selection, but just enough of a selection to satisfy everyone. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Inside rhe bathroom was a north American plug in. For 110v and 220v. Room cleaning is excellent. Wow. Shower was spotless when i came back. Amazing. Great location to union street bars. 1.2-2km walk to some amazing pubs. Parking is free if you get a spot arrive early dont move. Friday noon was lined up so i stayed put and walked instead. Breakfast is 5 stars. Coffee cappacino full english breakfasts. Everything u could want included in my price for the night."

"The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes "

"My only issue with the room is that it was too dark to see well to do my hair. The only mirror is on the wardrobe door and it’s right beside the room door where there’s no lights. Otherwise I had a lovely stay. "
