"This is a great space, very comfortable and large. Communication was quick and easy. We needed an hour extension on checkout and received confirmation quickly. Only thing is the beds were a bit hard, could use a mattress pad. Great walking area, and 20 minute walk to old Quebec so we didn't need to drive to dinner."

"Great property, excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and proper. The only criticism I would make is the parking. I do understand that they don’t have a parking area, but it would make them extremely desirable and preferable much more than now if they had make an agreement with the parking facility across the street, absorb the fee and offer complimentary parking to the guests. This would give them an amazing competitive advantage and drive the occupancy. "

"Our rooms were lovely and very clean. The little touches in the common room were nice and I loved that the property offered water pitchers for the room with filtered water as well as personal ice machines in both of our rooms. We didn’t know that we were able to rent the bicycles our first half of the trip but when we figured it out, we rented them and it made getting to the other locations on the island so much easier! Highly recommend renting those because the walk to the restaurants,...

"Hidden treasure !! Loved the QUIET..!!, excellent rooms and bathroom, the breakfast is AMAZING....& GREAT COFFEE. Very walk-able within the Old Quebec City...did not need a car for what we wanted to experience. The Promenade, Chateau Frontenac, Citadel, walk top of citadel walls, amazing restaurants which we need to return to try more! Book a private walking tour....early...certainly helps with orientation & history. Hotel des Augustines is ..actually....perfect."
