okay so the overall the room was really dated, the bed did not have a proper box spring, but it was wasn't a terrible sleep. The room had 2 beds and my partner told me the smaller bed was more comfortable. We realized the TV also didn't work, called the front office and asked for help, tried their troubleshooting steps and then crickets. The check-in process was quick and check out was even easier and the hold on my card was removed without issue. I would go back because the tub was actually clean, it's for sure dated but the tub is for sure been cleaned, jets as well. The vending machines are cheap and don't have name brand drinks but there are lots of things nearby so that's the added bonus. Also bring cash and change since the vending machines don't accept credit cards.

Our room was comfortable. I did find it strange that there was no coffee maker in the room (although the lobby did have free coffee but my husband said it was cold and he got the last of it when he went down). I was disappointed to see an extra 30 dollar charge for our room (even after we booked the family room with three queen beds that accommodated six people) for a third adult. Our daughter just turned 18, and I feel that with the room already being more expensive (due to the three beds) that should not have been an additional cost we needed to pay. I feel like we were penalized for our honesty. It was quiet and we did all sleep well. We didn’t want to have to get separate rooms (as we also had younger kids with us-in total five of us) but I do think we could have booked a much nicer hotel (with breakfast or other amenities like a pool) for what we ended up paying.

This hotel was clean and one of our favorites. The staff was great. The gentleman working the desk, Norius Ouddai, was exceptional. He was polite and patient. I have aphasia, a speech disorder and Norius was very patient and helpful. He was exceptional.

It was a good price. The bed was well used, but the bathroom has been recently remodeled and was nice. The room was clean and the the neighbors mostly quite. Go for a second floor room because the first floors can be noisy from upstairs walkers. I thought it would be easier to get to the downtown, but it is not as convenient as it seemed by the map. Not a lot of amenities around either. As I said, it is good for the price.
