"The room was clean but could use some remodeling. My room didn’t have a microwave (I guess you have to request a room with one), but I could use the breakfast area microwave. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. One front desk employee was particularly helpful and friendly. Overall my stay went well."

"This property was supposedly renovated recently. The contractors they had do the job were terrible! There was paint all over the ceiling and the bathtub in the bathroom had old, dried caulking all around the bathtub. When we arrived, we had to ask for toilet paper, soap, a remote control for the TV, and also realized the refrigerator was broken. Also, the restaurant there was closed on the weekends and we were not told that we would have no breakfast on Monday because it was memorial day and...

"The temparture in my room did not change when adjusted. I asked for assitance from the front desk. When no one showed after 30+minutes, I went to the front desk and was informed that she was the only person on staff at the time. There were coffee stains/spills on the counter upon my arrival. The bathroom mirror light didn't work. There was a constant buzzing/alarm noise in the hallway that went on all night and morning. The water in the shower was only luke warm when turned all the way up....

"I like the hotel. It serves my needs. However, I will say the ceiling above the shower had major water damage and appeared to have had mildew and there were a few ants crawling around the room."

"The staff was extremely helpful. I loved the gym area, bright and airy. The window blinds in my room did not work properly, and I could not get a blanket because they were out. Shuttle service to Dulles was a huge plus! THANK YOU!!"

"Nice atmosphere, however the walls and ceilings are then and you could hear a footstep someone takes. Also staff is very pushy during checkout via knocking on the door and calling the room back to back 2 minutes after checkout time in the process of me exiting"

"Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely...

"Room smelled a bit musty or like it had been smoked in at some point. Shower ceiling looked like the floor above was/had leaking (possible mold on ceiling). Property is a bit outdated but not terrible. Overall, ok stay."
