"We stop over 2 nights heading to Scotland. Property was very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly including restaurant and kitchen staff. Very relaxing sound proof rooms. No complaints at all, lots of local amenities to explore. Only the annoying was parking but hotel has given good instructions and for breakfast you need to ask to make it for certain food such as fried eggs."

"Clean room very quite had no problem parking although we probably got a penalty driving through a restricted bus lane which there are no signs so be careful when finding the hotel and plan the route because we had trouble finding the place."

"๐ DoubleTree Hotel โ Honest Guest Review Overall, I had a good stay at the DoubleTree Hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly throughout our visit. In particular, a lovely lady working in the restaurant made our experience even better. I didnโt get her name, but her kindness and professionalism stood out. The dinner was delicious, and the service made it feel even more special. When we first arrived, the room wasnโt as clean as expected, which was disappointing. However, once we raised the issue, the team responded quickly and cleaned it very well. After that, the overall cleanliness was okay, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay comfortably. In summary, DoubleTree offered a pleasant experience with great staff and lovely food. With a bit more attention to initial room cleanliness, it would be even better."

"A perfect hotel for a stopover for a wedding in Stoke. A reasonable priced hotel even in comparison with the local Travelodge. Even got breakfast for 3 people for an extra ยฃ18. Room was big and bathroom lovely with an excellent walk in shower. Would highly recommend. The only downside was the charge for the carpark. Not sure that is really necessary if you are a hotel guess."
