"Excellent staff, made us feel extremely welcome from checking in. Checking in was smooth. Dining room options excellent. Thank you lovely Ellie. Delicious food- fish and chips and steak and ale pie. The room was great and again we really appreciated the effort that the housekeeping staff went to in preparing the room especially because we were there to celebrate a birthday. Booking reservations- Tanya is amazing in sorting everything out. Nice lounge, nice staff in the gym and Spa. A relaxing stay . Great choice for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. "Excellent parking, service and staff. Had a brilliant stay and the view alone is worth the entire expense. If I had to nit-pick the only thing I would say is the glasses in the room were quite dusty on the outside and the shower head itself could do with a bit of cleaning but other then that its brilliant and spotless. Will definitely be staying again and will recommend! "
