"Room was very basic with pretty bad shape shower (leaking and hard to handle), extremely dirty windows (which also required a bit of tweaking to be closed off), and AirCon which "gave up" on last day providing some weird error, which could not be fixed by hotel personnel.
Staff was friendly and willing to help.
Overall, it is an OK hotel for a short stay but do not expect Novotel experience (it kind of gives a bad reputation to the name)."

"Bed was terrible in room 12. You could feel the springs and the comforter on the bed was just a thin flat blanket between two sheets. The room didn't have a window but the bathroom did. However it wouldn't open so the room was very stuffy.
We also got given 1 ply towels that where super scratchy and tiny.
The highlight however is the bathroom. The bath and shower where lovely. The staff at the bar are also super friendly.
Had a really weird cuck chair that's seen some things. Gave us a good...

"A confirmation email in the days leading up to the booking date would be helpful and reassuring . This apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but it would have been much better if the ensuite bathroom was connected to the king size bedroom rather than the twin single rooms. The room was paid for by the people sleeping in the king size room but they had to move to the other side of the unit to get to their bathroom and there was 2 huge lounges squashed into that space."

"Location great - close to restaurants. No parking available when we arrived, had to park on busy street - didn’t feel secure. Very noisy. Could hear every-time someone walked past our room, the club across road noisy and could hear fights at 3am. Some one had vomited in the elevator when we got back to room after dinner out. Terrible experience"
