"It was so central, a great place to spend the weekend, I could almost see and hear the surf from the balcony. Looking forward to staying so close to the beach again next time. I literally didn’t wear shoes for 3 days. So relaxing!! "

"This place was amazing! It was a style of Palm Springs. Parking on site, 2 min walk to the beach, coles across the road, with cafes, restaurants and walking tracks. The owner was so nice and explained how he started this motel. The rooms including bathroom, kitchen, living room was huge. Between 4 people the place was spacious for all of us. They came to clean our room every 3 days, restocked the fridge with complimentary drinks, chips and protein balls, it was so good. Only a 10 min drive to...

"Reception staff very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Unit was clean. Had usual amenities, coffee/tea, dish soap, laundry soap. Paper towels would have been nice. Loved that parking was included. The only thing I would point out, for some, might be an issue are the stairs. Does not matter which unit you stay in always stairs to negotiate. Enjoyed my stay "

"we received a call to say a glass door had been broken on the top level however we could still access the spa area. when we arrived there was no access, the way it was boarded prevented the door opening and the other door was locked and was a different key which we didn't have. It took a few days to finally get the access. the spa was the reason we booked it in the first place. The condition of the unit overall was run down with several damaged areas to walls,ceilings, doors,and the stairs had...

"The picture advertising the room - just like I'm looking at on this web page for this rating request is not representative of the room. The room was booked through WOTIF. I called and asked for an explanation and they said they called the Hilton but nothing can be done. I have contacted Fair Trading NSW and I will be lodging a case for misleading advertising and after showing photo's of the room advertised to the actual room allocated, I have been told I have a good case to lodge. Disappointing...

"We loved our stay! Check-in was quick and efficient, the room was clean and the pool and outdoor areas were excellent. The on-site cafe was a real highlight - excellent food and even better service."
