I reserved a deluxe king suite in quiet area away from street. I was given a small hot room with a king bed. I told receptionist that this was not the room i reserved and paid for. She said that that was the king room facing courtyard but I could have the deluxe suite facing the train tracks. No thanks, but no attempt to offer me a refund on the room’s difference. We are seniors and had some heavy luggage. No one helped us up the entrance steps or steps down to our room.
Breakfast was plenty. Lobby was very cute and comfortable but this is not up to Hyatt quality.
