Not soo good. The first room wasn’t cleaned properly and there where tracks of pee on ma WC… horrible. When I asked to do something they didn’t offered me immediately another room…
There is no frigo bar in room.
And you need to ask to clean your room daily otherwise no cleaning service. Something I did but nothing happened.

A nice hotel and ideal location, right next door to KISTAMÄSSAN. The hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms are very basic, without the basics like tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which was very disappointing, considering the price.

Definitely not a 4 stars Hotel, normally a few people after the main desk just chatting including the security guard (a little bit of a Pub environment) all good with the breakfast but I had one meal at the Restaurant where the potatoes were raw and the pork not very nice. On my view to be a 4 stars hotel there is a lot of work that needs to done.

The hotel is tired and worn. The beds are uncomfortable . The bed coverings are small. You will be cold. The facilities are basic. The service is mainly unpleasant. The price is expensive.This is at best a 2 star hotel from a service and facilities perspective. The cost is 4 star.

Could have been better
Stay was satisfactory. Meal sizes were small and no sides were offered. Room was cold and it took two attempts for a heater to be installed. I would hesitate to stay again

The hotel and staff were fine. Could have done with a kettle in the room. There was a small shop area with a microwave for snacks. My problem was with the parking arrangements, which was out of the hotels control.
For the 2 days I stayed there I had to park in the council parking area. I paid the full amount each day but I still received a fine of £150, why? because I misread the number plate and put an 0 (zero) instead of an O. Despite the fact I suffer from dyslexia they will not withdraw the fine and are also keeping the original payment. Discrimination. Be warned. Greed beyond belief.

Nice hotel with a fresh look in the common areas. The breakfast was good, we didn't feel like something was mising. The skybar on the last floor was amazing and a must visit. The room was pretty basic for a 4 star hotel.The toilet eventhough was looking nice it was a bit worn out and in need of a refresh soon
We stayed there with our pet. Keep in mind that pet friendly rooms are located only in the first floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay 6,5/10

There was no parking and we had to pay 150 Swedish kronor per day. The staff were not helpful to find alternative parking and we realised on out last day that we could have parked the car in another cap park close to the hotel for just 20 Swedish Kronor.
The room was too cold and we had to ask for 2 extra heat elements and 2 extra blankets. The staff couldn't do anything about the heating in the room.

I booked Scandic Victor Tower in November. I asked them if they have a shuttle service. Apparently, this hotel do not have a shuttle service. I asked the directions coming from the airport to the hotel. They did not give me clear directions. December 21, I sent them another e-mail about the directions; they only read it. The e-mail was on a seen mode. I arrived on Christmas day. They still did not send me any message. I saw the only read and did not reply.
When I got off from the train station I did not know whether I should make a right or out the left turn. I cannot see clearly where the hotel was located at. I saw a man wearing a uniform. He seems he works in that area. I asked him for the directions. He said to make a left. As I walking about 10 feet away from he called me again and offered me a ride to the hotel. I was okay about the ride. As the mas was wearing a uniform. As he was driving I felt odd because he drove further and in an opposite directions. I asked him why the distance is even further. Based from the e-mail the hotel was only 5 minute walk. He made a few turns. I got really scared. I was scared because I was not a local. It was my first time going to Sweden.
The following day I took a taxi towards my tour in the Oldtown, Stockholm. On my way back I took the train. I got off the train and again I did not know whether I make a right or left. I made a left the are was really dark. I walked like 15 mins and I still did not see the hotel. I was looking for p

The hotel is rated 4 star. The exterior and amenities were good.
The rooms and furniture felt a bit sub standard for 4 star hotel. e.g. bedding was a thin layer of mattress and pillows were not comfortable either to sleep, the wooden flooring was a bit worn out in my room, and temperature control took almost 4-5 hours to reach desired temperature of the room.

Severe flaws in this hotel. Room needs significant touch-up to cover scratches and paint chips. Insufficient cleaning for extended period obvious. Cleaning to remove severe hard water deposits needed in bathroom. No body lotion, poor toilet paper quality. Seems like in general the cheapest quality has been used for materials. Almost no storage space. Long wait time for elevators. Inconvenient card scanning procedure for elevator. Poor view from room. Dull surroundings. No hotel parking and complicated parking fee procedure. Instead hotel should administer full day parking passes. Cost at 4500 SEK for a two day stay for 1 person is outrageous for the poor quality service. Dinner was not of sufficient quality and servings were very small. Waiters not knowledgeable about what they were serving. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of hot and cold dishes.

Racist
The receptionist didn’t want to let us pay for the room. Although we arrived on time.
Unacceptable behaviour nor did they want to provide a reason for this. I was asked if I smoke marijuana. I said I never have and they then proceeded to refuse to let me pay for my reservation.
I believe I was treated this was because I’m a young black man and it appears that in Sweden or for scandic hotel that equals weed user.
