Short break to attend the adjacent convention centre. Great location for access to the convention centre and links to train station. Hotel was clean and well presented, room clean and tidy and good facilities. Breakfast buffet selection good and restaurant and bar areas well maintained.

The area was safe, quiet, food options and transportation is conveniently located nearby, however the rooms were too warm. My colleagues and I booked 5 rooms, and all 5 were warm. We attempted to adjust the air conditioning and were told by staff that it couldn’t be adjusted, only 1 fan was offered for relief. Upon check in, we were asked if we wanted the rooms serviced, we indicated yes and then no one serviced the rooms. When we asked about it the next day, we were told that since we are checking out the following day, it won’t be done, which is why we wanted it done the previous day. Some were told that we had to reserve tables for breakfast, while others were not given that information. The staff were friendly enough, but actual assistance was lacking.

部屋が広くて使いやすく、朝食も美味しかったです。 ただ隣部屋の人のドアを閉める音がうるさかったのが気になりました。 その人の閉め方なのか、ドアの構造なのか... あと宿泊分のバスタオルを置いてほしかったです。バスマットは交換されたけど、なぜかバスタオルの交換、補充はありませんでした。 でも全体的に過ごしやすいホテルでした！

Helt ok och framförallt smidigt med läget nära pendelstationen för enkel transport in till Stockholm. Frukostmatsalen tyvärr alldeles för trång och det var kaos alla dagar trots att man skulle boka tid. Personalen i receptionen var rätt ointresserad av att hjälpa till också.

Vi hade ett tvåbäddsrum med två enkelsängar som var ihopsatta till en dubbelsäng. Bra hotell med smidig pendel till allt. Trevligt bemötande i receptionen, rymligt rum som var rent och fräscht. Sängarna var okej men hade kunnat vara aningen mjukare. Kuddarna var tyvärr små och hårda. Duschen var fantastisk med stort utrymme, bra vattentryck och värme på vattnet. Konstig lösning att belysningen i badrummet lyste genom väggen ut till andra rummet. Man väckte den man sov med om man gick på toa under natten. Frukostbuffén hade mycket att välja på men jag saknade sallad. Allt utom pålägg tog slut snabbt när man åt frukost mellan 9-10 och det var väldigt fullt i matsalen. Personalen fyllde på men det kunde ta lite tid.
