I have stayed at this hotel before and would do again when I'm next in Stockholm. Convenient, cosy, clean and above all excellent customer service. The included breakfast is great. If you want a rock solid place to stay in Stockholm with great service then this is the place to be.

Fjärde gången vi är här, och vi kommer tillbaka. Mycket hotell med bra läge, bra rum och sängar samt bra frukost! Den här gången blev vi uppdaterade till en svit! Mycket trevligt! Ett fint rum med liten balkong. Rummet kanske skulle behöva piggas upp lite då det var lite nött här och där, men annars prima!

Ja alt på værelset var godt, bortset fra at internettet på hotellet generelt var MEGET dårligt. Derfor ikke 5 stjerner. Der var meget larm fra gaden pga hotellets centrale placering, også når man skulle sove, men hotellets udlevering af ørepropper gjorde op for dette.

Lovely breakfast daily. Plenty of choice. Room clean, linen good quality but room was very tired. 2 lightbulbs not working, shower door missing, sink tap parts missing. Coffee table very worn. Room was noisy at night(street noise) and first thing in morning ( deliveries etc).. Hotel reception staff (apart from 2 men) did not even acknowledge us walking past to and from our room. The hotel was adequate for our needs but certainly not as special as we expected.

Bra rum och frukost med mycket bra frukostpersonal och trevlig kille som städade. Killarna i receptionen kändes inte service minded, behöver kanske lite träning? Städningen OK på rummet men lite mer koll på tex skohorn som var trasigt hade inte skadat. TV var minst sagt "lynning" och gav upp men kom igång mitt i natten igen.
