Nice property right near the station, was a quick walk even with my giant suitcase and the snowy streets. I was happy that even though I came they let me store my luggage for free & also let me have breakfast. Breakfast buffet was a good assortment of bread, eggs, meats, although no fruit (unless you count the tomato haha). But it was good nonetheless. When my room was ready & I checked in & the front desk worker helped me haul my suitcase up to the next floor up. Super appreciate that! Only thing I didn’t like was that when I was adjusting the side table to be close to the bed in my room there was a left over condom wrapper on the floor. Kinda made me feel gross out for the rest of the nights there.

Small room but good!
Located in a very convenient area within a 20 minute walk of pretty much everything. Be forewarned the rooms are small but fine. The staff was awesome and very helpful.

Door to our room left open by staff
The electronic lock to our room broke. They couldn't find the physical key and eventually asked us to move to another room. That's fine, things happen. Since finding the key took them a while we left to explore Stockholm and got back many hours later. We were then given the master key to move our belongings into the new room, but found the door to our old room unlocked and open(!). It had been left open by the staff during the day with all of our stuff in the room. Luckily nothing was stolen. The new room was on the top floor and very warm. They eventually found a fan for us, but only after we asked for it. The door handles on the bathroom door fell off if you tried to use them. We told the front desk but it was not fixed until after we checked out, about a day and a half later. During that time we couldn't close the bathroom door because of the risk of being locked in (which happened once). Yes the location is great, but with how our two incidents were handled I would not recommend staying there.

Great stay in a beautiful area of Stockholm near the high street. Easy walk downhill to old town and other islands. Yummy breakfast! Quiet nights and was just what our family needed.

Charming building but the hotel has extremely small rooms, dark, tv not working even though I told the receptionist re that; people were smoking cigarettes and it came through abd my room smelled.

The location is excellent. The room is clean. And the breakfast is fabulous. The only thing that is not good is there is stairs at the entrance and no elevator in the building which is not convenient to those carrying a bulky luggage.

in room"s ventilation it was a cigaratte smoke felt It just smelled bed the room . the breakfest was quite bad expirience Scramble eggs, sussages, and all that kind of food that suposed to be served as hot ones was.......cold . All of them!!!!! Thants absolutly unexceptable in ANY kind of hotel even if in low cost ones .It is not my first time in this hotel but this time got a bit dissepointed.Besides that very friendly and helpfull stuff , good materace and clean room , good localisation , quiet if only breakfest was served as it should be !!!.

This place was OK, definitely not fancy, but the location was perfect for being able to walk around Stockholm’s main sites, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. I travel on a budget and this place was perfect. Breakfast was also typical hotel buffet and included with your stay. I would use again.

This is a bed and 4 walls and there are no bed bugs. Breakfast was good but don't expect anything above absolutely basic. Can't beat the location! The shower is on the toilet which was interesting. No complaints, but definitely old and not well kept. The room is falling apart but it's clean and it has a bed. Great for 1-2 nights if you're not spending anytime in the room other than to sleep.

Free breakfast, no elevators or AC
We booked a family room, one Queen and one bunk bed. Room was nice and big, would recommend bunk beds for children or teens as the mattresses aren’t the most firm. There is NO ELEVATOR in this property and limited rooms on the first floor. Do not book if you have heavy bags or accessibility needs. Breakfast is complimentary with a large variety of hot options, pastries, cereals and teas. Our room did not have AC either just a fan.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay
Located close to bus/subway station, close to Stockholm central station, very easy to find. The staffs were nice and helpful, friendly service. The check in and out process were quick and easy. In general the room was tidy and clean, toilet in the bathroom had some unpleasant smell. The bedroom is equipped with furnitures such as a cloth hanger with multiple hooks, a mirror, a bed side table with drawers, a small desk, and a worned chair. A hair dryer could be found in the bedside table, there was a tv on the wall too. Only thing seemed a bit tricky was the switches for the night lamp beside the bed was hidden on the wall side of the bed, and might not be noticed at once. They have a fika/resting area in the middle which was very cozy. The breakfast was good, I liked their cream cheese for the fresh baked bread! The only thing missing was whipped cream for the pancakes, perhaps it was out when I arrived. Overall a nice hotel for an overnight stay when you have little luggages (note that they do not have elevator).

Uncomfortable but location is great
Some guests are really disrepectful towards other people. They like to slam the door which gives vibrations and loud noise, going back and fort to the room with loud voices not considering that it was passed midnight and other may be sleeping/need to sleep. The door in my room did not felt safe. I only recommend this hotel if your intention of stay is to have fun and get drunk. That way, you will be able to sleep fast and does not have to hear the unnecessary noises.

Hotellet är centralt och har mycket bra läge. Tvn är stor och sängen skön. Känns lite slitet och detaljer som krokar för handduk och annat som vid något tillfälle gått sönder underhålls/lagas inte. Rummen är lyhörda. Frukosten är undermålig.

Positives: modern rooms and shower. Downsides: no front desk attendant, you need to call them on your phone which can be a huge inconvenience if you don't have local cell coverage; bedsheet had an old stain on them; the wifi reception was very poor in my room so i had to sit close to the door to get it to work but it would still disconnect often; there was a bright light outside my window that even the dark curtains couldn't mask; the walls and floors are thin so you can easily hear your neighbors, bit once it was late it was quiet; they had a kettle and coffee but only glasses not mugs to drink with. I changed my plans and only stayed one night as a result and selected the Hotel Gamla Stan instead which was worth the higher price.
