We found the hotel and our room to be somewhat dated but very comfortable. The location was perfect to be able to walk or take the metro to various locations. The breakfast offered a good variety of options.

The location was great, very close to points of interest and to the nearest underground station. Lovely city views (ignoring the ongoing works just in front of the hotel). A road & railway go under the hotel but the quadruple glazing meant there wasn’t much noise. Room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast choice was tremendous and the omelette chefs were very helpful. We booked the half board deal for 4 nights & the only downside was that the menu was exactly the same every night. The food was of a very high standard though.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
In general the hotel is good, room is clean and in a reasonable state of repair; the staff are amazing and always so willing to help. There is a weird choice in the seating area of the suite to have no lights, other than an inadequate, lowlight, over-desk lamp, which made it impossible for more than one person to read at any time and even then only when leaning over the desk.
