"The Victory Hotel, Great location in Gamal Stan was central to tourist sites. I stayed in a lovely quiet room facing the courtyard as this was September and the courtyard restaurnat was closed for the season. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room as I am use to having in previous hotel rooms. The walk in shower was a tad small. I appreciated the in room gift of a glass of wine and chocolate and a bottle of water. Those gestures really make a guest feel welcome. Central to the...

"Great location is well connected to public transport . Breakfast was generous, but big dinning room was crowded and noisy. Staff was helpful. Regarding cleanliness... The room was small; the bed completely blocked access to the window, and the bed was accessible from only one side. When I moved the pillow away from the headboard, I discovered years of accumulated dirt left by previous occupants. Staff moved me to another room of my complaint, but second room was the same...I also found dust...
