"Great super clean resort. Room was beautiful. Not on the main Key West strip, but hourly shuttle that drops you off right there. Only issue was the lack of water pressure. Resort is becoming a Hilton property in a few months."

"The resort exceeded all of my expectations. We had an ocean view suite with gorgeous sunrise views, a comfortable bed, relaxing balcony and huge clean bathroom. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The property was very well maintained.
There are a lot of families with small kids, so be prepared for that at pool time. Otherwise, the resort was fairly quiet. You don't hear people in the room next to you.
Really nice stay. I would love to return again!"

"We unfortunately did not have a wonderful experience. We had a female waitress serve us at breakfast but after we concluded, the male waiter decided to come over and clear our table. "It’s a pretty hotel however they are trying to be an all inclusive resort and for you to eat and drink only there at their bar and pay too much for the food and drinks!
