"The window would not close all the way. There was a 1" gap. Even though I was told there was no pets on the same floor there was a dog barking 2 doors down. One of the employees appeared to be smoking in the hall when we were walking down the hall to our room. They ducked out the stairwell, but you could still smell the smoke"

The customer service representative called me 30 minutes before checking in to the hotel to let me know they double booked and the only accommodation they could give me was sending me to their other location which was called in town suites on Bell Road. Motel is horrible with very little amenities. The smell of weed still lingers in my nostrils. I believe one gentleman runs a service repair shop out of the parking lot. I do not recommend staying with this company just spend the extra money and stay at a namebrand hotel."
