"I had a king suite. The couch and chair had so many stains on them and felt greasy, it made me not want to sit in them. The front desk lady was trying so hard to be helpful. She was clearly new and a bit overwhelmed with the big school group that checked in before me. The bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Again the drains on the carpet were really bad."

"We didn't get room service after our 1st night. We found this to actually be a blessing because the women we dealt with at the front desk were super nice, giving us extra linen and coffee each day!"

"The hotel was incredibly clean and quiet! The room was great, and the amenities were enough/just right. The convenience of Kwik-Trip being across the street was a bonus- as the area doesn't have many restaurants or options for outside food ordering. The staff was kind and helpful/polite as well! The Pool was not in working order- which wasn't their fault, but the hot tub worked, and it was very relaxing! We will definitly be staying again!"

It does seem as though ownership hasn't put much resource into updates/upkeep in quite some time and we got the impression that facility is probably understaffed at the moment. "
