"Very clean hotel with attentive staff in a perfect location. Kimberly, at the front desk, was very helpful though she could use the help of a concierge. Not an easy task to wear both hats but she balanced both. Izzy was lots of fun at the bar. I had a small issue and Kristen and the rest of the staff more than made up for it. My only negative is that the shade in my room really needed replacing as it was held together with large safety pins, and kind of an eyesore. Would definitely return."

They bring breakfast to your room, they have wine and cheese from 5-6, cookies at 9, the staff is friendly, valet parking is convenient. We like everything about this hotel!"

"The restaurant had a great atmosphere and delicious bread. The hotel was nice but the rooms are very, very dark. I would love additional lighting. The bathroom and shower area had some big cracks and could use some love. It was so nice that they had water and bubble water available to guests. The location is fantastic and the lobby is a dream! "We needed to stay one night at a reasonable rate in Charleston. It is very simple, but the staff and the rooms were perfect, and the breakfast amenities and fresh tea and water were much appreciated. Exceeded expectations "

"Beautiful luxury hotel in the perfect location. Wakabity score10+! The staff were extremely welcoming and gracious throughout our stay mirroring the Southern hospitality of the propery. Would have loved to have more variety for breakfast entree options. Overall a lovely stay in a beautiful city. We will be back to Planters Inn on our next trip to Charleston"

"There was no bedding for the sofa sleeper, when i called to request the bedding, the staff at the front desk said she would have the bedding brought to the room. They never did. I also did not receive bonvoy points for the stay."

The restaurant was totally happening, and it had great drink options. Ee never heard the neighbors. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to purchase a girls getaway package that included a bottle of bubbles, a charcuterie board, in room massages, and gift certificates to local businesses. "
