"The Good: Location, perfectly situated for easy access to all of the tourist areas. The Good: ‘Bob’ the bartender at happy hour, great guy! The So-So: Did not have a restaurant. "This property was one if the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and we travel very often to many other counties and states. The location was perfect and very central, near a beautiful waterfront park with a famous pineapple fountain and near all the historical sights, shopping and restaurants. "The room was clean but the bathroom tub needs to be recaulked. Very little hot water for a shower. We were in a separate building next to the main building. There were no ice machines in our building. Had to go to the main building. They charged $11.00 to park and that was not mentioned when I booked the room. Did not get breakfast as we had to leave for the hospital. I would not book a room at this location again. The proximity to the hospital was great."

"Well located and roomy…why are the the window cranks removed? To create a sealed in atmosphere. Bed side tables only on one side? Small bathroom which needs towel racks and new shower stall.."

"Was okay, feel there are much better spots to stay at. Location was great though but expected more for the price. Premium king room was extremely small. Do not get a room on the 4th floor, it is a nightmare to go to your room as the main elevator only goes to the 3rd floor than you have to walk the long hallways to go to another elevator to get to the 4th floor. Staff was friendly though "
