"This was such a cute, cozy, and clean crash pad while staying a few days in the city. Way better than a hotel and very affordable. Feels very private and autonomous"

"This place is definitely a hostel not a hotel, but if you are on a budget in Gothenburg it is okay. Self check-in. Comfortable bed. Fairly well soundproofed. Okay shared toilets and showers. "

"My stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic. Simon, Elvira, and the entire team were outstanding. When my flight was rescheduled and I requested an extension, they had no family rooms available—yet Simon went out of his way to secure an alternative room for us. It was hands-down my best hotel experience. Everyone I met in Sweden was incredibly helpful, and it’s a bonus that they all speak excellent English."
"The hotel is beautiful, and a lot of fun for families. We loved our room, everything was spotless and there's been a lot of thought given to the details. The kids loved the lobby slide and the carousel. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. My son was sadly very poorly during our stay and the staff were exceptionally kind. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up, with smiles and kind words. Thanks also to the night guard and cleaner who helped me get medical advice in the middle of the night, reception who arranged a late check out for us, and the restaurant who let me take some food for him out of hours. Everyone looked after us so well! Thank you so much, we hope to come again.

"An incredibly inviting hotel, lovely ambience, very clean throughout. The breakfast was excellent too. Great location next to Haga and a lot of nice bars and restaurants a short walk away."
"I've stayed at the Clarion a few times for business trips and always enjoy it. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the hotel is clean and has nice amenities, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. It's not in the most convenient of places but the ferry is right nearby and it's easy for taxis to find. "
