The hotel s clean, the breakfast is good and the staff is great. The breakfast area is 2 floors both with great selection of food. It is clean and the hotel area is walkable to many great destinations. My family and I will return.

The hotel did not have any parking. We had to park in Nordstan which was hard to reach. Götenborg is just one construction site, which makes for a messy traffic. The hotel is recommendable as it is conveniently situated close to the ferry to Frederikshavn in Denmark.

I did not have the greatest experience. First, no parking for my car, so I had to park a mile away. Then they only did self check in. Then our room was like going through a maze just to get to it. There were three of us, so my son had to sleep on a sofa, but didn’t have any sheets or towels. Breakfast was good but so many people, we could hardly move. But it is a holiday weekend, so that could explain a lot of it.

It was all good, however the hotel only provides cleaning services in the bedroom every 4 days. We asked after 2 days and they just replaced the towels and toke care of the garbage. The bed wasn't touched. The rooms don't have fridge, boiler or anything. Also there was a music that we could hear inside the bedroom from the rooftop bar until midnight probably.

We had a very nice week long stay. The night staff were very helpful and the property itself was nice. Our only complaint is the room-the beds are very basic, duvet cover only with no flat sheets. Pillows were lumpy and very used. We also had to ask for a room cleaning which is only available on the 4th days of your visit so if you need towels or to you must go retrieve this yourself from the front desk. Breakfast was very good though.

Gute zentral Lage (dadurch allerdings nicht sehr ruhig) direkt am Wasser, Strassenbahn- und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Sehr freundliches Personal, ordentliches Zimmer und gutes Bad, sehr gutes Frühstück. Es wird nicht jeden Tag das Zimmer gereinigt, aber das ist OK.
