"The room was clean and warm. Bathroom has a handheld shower, it's clean and also warm. The staff is very polite and helpful. Overall excellent experience."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok but there were 2 beds pulled together with two separate covers vs one larger bed. We understand that this is common in Europe but have not seen it in a while and have always had one larger bed (my husband and I travel a lot). The toilet was also spitting water out onto the floor with every flush. The weirdest thing is that I’ve seen this before 2 years ago when I stayed at the same hotel. So this is not a random thing for them. Otherwise it was ok. "

Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war Anabelle stets überaus zuvorkommend – sei es mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen, der perfekten Vorbereitung meines Zimmers oder indem sie sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre freundliche Art trugen maßgeblich zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, aber der Service von Anabelle machte es zu etwas ganz Besonderem. "Hotel was good"

"The hotel was clean and quiet. Exactly what you want while traveling. It was very conveniently located to a grocery store and pleny of walking, running ,or biking trails. It is right next to the Old town of Hanau, which is very nice. We stayed for a week and the only critique that i have is, i wish it had a little bigger fridge so we could store a couple items in it. Just so we wouldnt have to eat out 4 times a day. Other than that, i would definitely stay ther again. "
