Advertises tea and coffee in the room, but no cups......no coffee either for me! When approaching reception to advise that there was no cup in the room, I was told without apology to get one from the breakfast room. Could have been a much more enjoyable experience!"

"The property was appropriate for its price point. The rooms were fairly clean but outdated.The landscaping was nice and well taken care of. Unfortunately, after a long day of travel, no one was at the property to let us in even though we arrived during check in hours and we were unable to get a hold of the property manager. We decided to try to get a room at another hotel where the staff went above and beyond to help us contact the owners of this property. Getting into our room should not...

"Great location next to Steinheim. Ideal for a walk, dining, or shopping for those individual snacks and drinks. Nice rooms, different experiences dependent on location in building as indicated in the room descriptions. Nice breakfast buffet, and a nice bar for that last nightcap."
