"A well located hotel with most staff helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with very helpful and friendly breakfast staff. Advertises tea and coffee in the room, but no cups......no coffee either for me! When approaching reception to advise that there was no cup in the room, I was told without apology to get one from the breakfast room. Could have been a much more enjoyable experience!"

The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. "The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok but there were 2 beds pulled together with two separate covers vs one larger bed. We understand that this is common in Europe but have not seen it in a while and have always had one larger bed (my husband and I travel a lot). The toilet was also spitting water out onto the floor with every flush. The weirdest thing is that I’ve seen this before 2 years ago when I stayed at the same hotel. So this is not a random thing for them....

"Ich habe früher in 4-Sternehotels gearbeitet und für diesen Preis war das Gebotene hervorragend. Allerdings sind es zum nächsten ÖNPV ca. 800 m und für jemand Gehbehinderten, ohne eigenes Auto, nicht zu schaffen. allerdings gleicht sich das durch den absolut günstigen Preis für Frankfurter Verhältnisse wieder aus. "It wasn't too far to travel too from the main station and easy to access with my Eurail pass. Did not need any other ticket. Place was cleaner than I expected. Very modern room. I was actually impressed with the inner room. Only place I saw a working heating in over 16 hotels I passed through in 16 days. I would definitely recommend staying here. "La stanza era comoda. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la TV perchè non funzionava e poiché non si riusciva a sistemarlo ci hanno cambiato camera. A volte capitava si sentire cattivo odore proveniente dallo scarico della doccia"
