When I checked out I asked for a refund on my remaining nights the manager informed me I needed to go through Hotels.com after weeks neither U line or Hotels.com will make it right. "Great property, was a good experience being able to stay in a more traditional home away from big hotels and further from the tourist areas of Jiufen. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed and the extra food and drinks were appreciated. The only issue we had was that the location on Google Maps was not accurate and we got lost trying to find it the first time; however afterwards we realized it was actually in a great spot not too far from the Old Street. We did the breakfast which was great and added to the experience, the view from the breakfast area is great. Would definitely recommend! Lots of stairs up to the main JiuFen old street and tea house area, but we didn’t mind, after all the whole town is full of stairs."
