"Wonderful staff, we had an issue with our room and they immediately took care of the problem. The facility is clean, the rooms are spacious are comfortable. It has an outside pool great for families with small kids. Highly recommended "

"Great place to stay in Syracuse, close to Onondaga Creek walk trail for walking and biking and this trail leads to NYS trail around Onondaga Lake. Good breakfast food, nice patio for outside lounging. Very helpful front desk staff."

"Stayed with my 2 little ones and felt so lucky to find such a clean comfortable place to stay. Owners are so welcoming and have it loaded with extras upon entering room with snacks and waters. Everything is spotless. In the morning they have a coffee bar with muffins and oatmeal. Highly recommend. "

"My trip to E. Syracuse was for my Aunt's 90th blessed birthday. I drove from NJ eith my son and grandkids. I chose Sleep Inn hotel because the event was at the restaurant within the hotel. The location was quiet and close to stores and restaurants within ten minutes. I wish they had a pool, but other than that, it was good and the breakfast was not good."
