"Broadway in the Cotswolds was beautiful, we had a lovely stay at the lodge. The coffee, tea, cookies and milk were a very nice touch. We had an issue with the hot plate and the staff went above and beyond having our breakfast cooked at the restaurant below. Hopefully one day we will be back! Cheers"

"Dreadful communication, I emailed a query 3 days prior to arrival & had no response. The night before arrival I got an email saying I hadn’t paid. I’d not received a request for payment. The payment link was still not sent and on the morning of arrival I got another email saying I’d not paid shortly followed by yet another demand.
