"Room was excellent and location perfect for Cheltenham races. Food (breakfast and dinner) and service great. Accommodation very expensive though and pub was very busy that meant our table for dinner was moved in to bar area and two main courses not available. "Room was clean and smelled fresh, bed was comfortable, shared shower room also clean. Staff at check-in located in nearby 'Central hotel' were friendly as was the housekeeping who needed to wake me up as I'd overslept (like I said the bed was comfortable). It's all you need without the unnecessary frills, great value, will definitely use again,"

"Lovely little place but no parking,parking is about 200m away in a public car park. So a bit of a chore humping your shoping bags suitcases ect,but if you can get past that its fine."

"Had a fab stay - staff friendly at check in and the room was excellent. We stayed in 21 which had a four poster bed and plenty of space - it was wonderfully traditional and added to the stay perfectly. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and breakfast was good value with lots of choice. We stayed for the racing and it was an ideal location - would definitely recommend and stay again."
