"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "I have just returned after a two night stay. They have a wide choice of breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. I would like to mention John who looked after us really well as we were a large group of ladies. We ate in the restaurant and there is a wide choice of menu. Also I would thoroughly recommend the Sunday roast. The hotel has a lot of character with squeaky floorboards but this all part of its charm"
