"Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities and great value for a budget family trip. They offer free shuttle bus to and from SLC airport and the bus is quite organized and punctual. Hot coffee and Water available in the lobby all day long is a great bonus! The only recommendation is, Maybe scrambled eggs rather than cold boild eggs and a little bit more variety of protein for breakfast:) overall 5 star stay experience and will definitely come back again!"

"Overall, it was nice. My only complaint was our hotel room door didn't seem too secure (you could see light peeking through the door frame) and no top lock, and the tv counter slanted a bit (I'm just being picky about this) but the room was clean and bathroom was very nice. Staff very friendly. We didn't get to try the breakfast, but my husband loved their coffee."

"The room was fairly clean and the staff were very helpful. The room I was in had an office chair that was very uncomfortable and the ceiling fan had caused dust swirl marks on the stucco ceiling. Kinda gross. It would also be nice if they gave you an extra soap bar as taking the soap bar bac & forth from the sink to th shower was inconvenient. They also only had an ice machine on the 3rd floor which was a little inconvenient for the guests that were on other floors. Their hot coffee wasn't so hot as it was below luke warm but what do you expect in the later afternoon. It would also be nice if the staff would check the trash cans outside the hotel as many times it was full when we tried to throw something away. These are only clues to what could be improved. If these few hints to improve this hotel were adjusted, then it would be a much better place to stay overall. But I would still recommend staying here as to some degree these issues are minor."
