"The hotel is only five minutes walk from the train station. There are some staircases before the entrance of the hotel, the receptionist lady helped me with my luggage. Overall it is good. "

"Lovely boutique hotel off the main tourist road to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to be in the middle of shopping and restaurants in minutes. We’ll stay here when we come back to Zermatt!"

"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"

"Where do I start?! I’m so happy I went with Plateau-Rosa for my birthday trip! It was exactly what I was looking for - quiet, relaxing, and with a great view of the Matterhorn. I was warmly greeted by Pierre at the front desk and shown to my room, which was tidy, bright, and had a large balcony. Location-wise, it’s about 20 mins walk from the train station though there’s a bus. I didn’t mind walking as I got to look around. "It was awesome, we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was very nice too and staff is very friendly. We did felt a little bit lost at arrival opening doors and finding the room ourselves but overall is was a very pleasant stay. We will be back "
