"Great location. Very convenient to all tourists site. Plus there is a beautiful park and boardwalk across from the hotel with amazing views. The hotel is very old, however the staff do a great job to ensure guests are taken care of. Plus the two bedroom option comes with 2.5 baths. Only one negative is the portable AC unit, but that’s not that much of an issue."

"The Balcony is just great next to the river the scenery is amaizing "

"Family owned hotel and restaurant was a nice touch. Located just outside of Luzern downtown and reachable by train which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Note the train only comes once an hour so plan accordingly. Several walkable restaurants nearby. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and provided travel adapters for free. Breakfast was a nice spread including eggs, cheese, meats and other items. Hotel was very quiet and well kept. Great base for Luzern and the area. "

"The hotel is located in Meiringen, which is connected to Interlakhen OST and Luzern by train. Lake Brienz is also pretty close to the property. The room was spacious, had all amenities. Though like many other Intrelaken Hotels, the hotel does not have AC, however, they provided table fan, which is sufficient. Hotel provides a free pass to ride to local cable car and public bus services. "

"The location is excellent, easy walk to everything. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was good; the whole hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The only thing to note in summer is the rooms don't have AC and it can get hot; there were fans provided which worked well."

"Very nice stay in this hotel. Closer to the bus stop (last before the Titlis Cable Car Bahn) than the carpark is to the Titlis Bahn. Good breakfast both continental and cooked; fresh baked/cooked egg options. Everything as expected and hoped. "
