Check in was a breeze. Staff were excellent. Hotel was clean, rooms large and very well equipped. Super comfy beds with beautiful linen and feather pillows.

Hands down one of the BEST hotel experiences ever. The staff, especially MARK, was incredibly. The food was unbelievable. The afternoon tea, scones, breakfast, fish and chips at this hotel was so good. I would go back to London just to stay here again.

Boutique hotel in a great location. It is close to shops, restaurants and many attractions. The staff was attentive and friendly. My room and the shower were small but it was sufficient for one person. It was a pleasant stay.
