"Spacious room, clean and convenient location. Staff were rather unfriendly on the first few days until we met a nice lady on the third or fourth day. Room service was alright. Walking distance to shopping district - easy to go in/back with kids. Many food options available. On the last 2 nights, the room beside us was really loud banging and stomping - sound proofing can be improved! Other than that, it was a comfortable stay"

"We had the most wonderful stay! I traveled with my two grown kids, and it was a nice surprise that my son has his own room. We also had a balcony that overlooked the beautiful Cathedral! Biona, at the front desk was amazing! She was kind, patient with us, and went above and beyond for us! The restaurant was incredible, and the staff was very friendly! The location is perfect for the Christmas Market, and I highly recommend this hotel!! "
