"L'hotel etais parfait, une sele perssonne a la reception quand je suis arriveé n'etas pas tres serviable, mais les autres oui, donc je ne peux pas donner un avis negativ pour tous car les autres jours le personel etas tres serviable. Per total j'ai passé 5 nuits tres bien."

"I reported to the front desk that someone came into my room when I was not there and stole money out of my room. The front desk staff was not willing to do anything and said they would let their manager know and try to check cameras. They never got back to me. It made me feel very unsafe at this hotel. I have no idea how someone entered my room, I am a young female, and I still had to stay another night in that room alone. Did someone break into my room? Did someone who works there enter my room to steal? I will never know."

"This hotel goes above and beyond in everything. The breakfast is delicious, the location is close to the underground trains so easy to get everywhere. Very accommodating hotel with amazing staff. Rooms are always clean, hotel is very clean, has a cozy bar area. The gym is great and has quite a bit of machines to work out on. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay in Berlin."
