Piscine rooftop petite mais agréable après une journée de visite. Très bon petit déjeuner. Parking sécurisé en sous-sol (15€) mais parking gratuit devant l’hotel. "The actual hotel was 5 stars. Wonderful and great location. But the communication was really poor - 2 stars. When you had been travelling all morning and arrive stranded on the road trying to get in. It is not ideal. The pre arrival communication needs to be better. Send one email for one booking and ask for everything to be completed so have codes before arriving."

"Everything you need for a week in Lecce and the surrounding area! The accommodation was quiet and clean. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The Italian breakfast around the corner was perfect!"

"The room in this 1950s style large apartment was clean, quiet and confortable. Very well located, minutes from the historic center of Lecce, with plenty of restaurants, stores and wonderful historic monuments. Irina was very helpful at check-in and advised on things to do nd see. Paid underground parking is a plus, but be aware that it is very tight. Fortunately I had a small car. Wifi and A/C worked fine."

"I have no complaints about this property. My overall experience was great. The staff were all very professional, and the room was spotless—including the bedsheets and towels. The bed itself was very comfortable, the breakfast was high quality, great water pressure and consistent hot water in the shower, and the secure paid parking made everything easy. The location was also excellent. I will definitely stay here again if I come back and visit Lecce!"

"One of our two rooms had a large whole in the bed sheets, the cover for the mattress was blood stained. The BnB owner refused to allow us to use the ac and our room never got below 26C but was 29 C when we arrived. I had to open the windows to try to get some relief from the heat and we were infested with mosquitoes. Our room (unit 1) had a spacious bath but no way to keep water off the floor and so we had to use our towels to keep from slipping or braking any bones from falling. Great location...

"The room was large, but not functional. Te 'double bed' was basically two single mattresses held together by a thick string. The bathroom had almost no light, and the shower took a while to heat up. The supposed breakfast does not exist. They give a Mcdonald voucher for one drink and one solid to be used in the nearby Mcdonald. It was winter and we could not turn on the radiators. I reached out to the receptionist (there is no fixed reception) and I was told someone would fix things. No one...
