"We enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. We had a good night sleep even though it was new year's eve with lots of firework. The room was very quiet. There were however 2 unfortunate things: 1. Check-in was not so easy as we didn't get any information about the check in. "We booked this property last minute, since our initial reservation at another hotel was cancelled by the host and left us stranded. What a gem! It was very clean, modern, friendly staff who allowed early check in, and excellent location to walk around Lecce. Would highly recommend. "

"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"Very beautiful accommodation, clean with a nice view. The host is very kind and helpful. You will enjoy the town itself and its people on streets. Nearby you can find lots of restaurants, cafes and places to visit. Definitely want to visit this accommodation in future."

"A beautiful hotel with delicious breakfast in a wonderful setting - staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Be sure to make a reservation for the rooftop bar even if staying at the hotel - we were advised it wasn’t necessary and were disappointed to find no tables available. The next night we made a reservation and waited 40 minutes for a bottle of water and two cocktails. Other than this experience the hotel and staff were fantastic! "

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."
