"The property has a very good location. There is some construction in the city and if you have to park, there is a little tricky to get to the parking. They say that they are air conditioning however we could not feel it and we have to open the windows. There’s not too many TV channels in English"

"Check in took forever as not enough staff and the valet parking was not available despite the sign. The sauna was supposed to be warm until 10pm but was already room temp at 8pm (if ever switched on). Hallways and some parts of the hotel looked tired. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming, though."

"Fijn hotel in een oud kantoorpand midden in een (druk) winkelcentrum, wat overigens niet voor overlast zorgt. Ideaal hotel voor een nachtje aan de grens. Parkeren is gratis voor hotelgasten, alhoewel het erg druk in de algemene garage is."

"客室は広く清潔で文句ないが、立地が記載されている情報と異なる。Weil am Reim 駅から徒歩25分以上かかり、車以外のアクセスにはおすすめしない。また場所がindustrial area にあり決して環境が良いわけでは無いことは理解して予約することが必要。ただしトラム停留所までは徒歩10分程度で着く。帰りはホテルの人が親切にもトラムの停留所まで車で送ってくれてサービスは良好である。"

"Easy check-in. Clean room and spacious enough for two people. Lots of satellite channels to choose from. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of things within walking distance, grocery stores restaurants, a mall. Blackout curtains. Comfy beds that also incline so no need for extra pillows. And if you don’t feel like walking to a restaurant, there is a very convenient vending machine directly outside the front doors. Would definitely stay here again! "
