"A beautiful hotel within such close distance to the train station, buses and trams. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. I even got some birthday chocolates and some special birthday pancakes with a birthday candle on top. The rooms, bar and breakfast room were lovely. The only downsides, and we’re being picky, were that the hot breakfast selection in the buffet self serve area could’ve been slightly hotter. "Good location, a stone throw away from Oslo Sentral. The breakfast was sumptuous with lots of variety. It was a weekend and too many occupants in the hotel, so we were given 50 minutes for the breakfast only, otherwise I could spend two hours eating. The next day we have a early train to catch, the hotel is very considerate to prepare mini buffet breakfast from 430am for the early birds."

    "It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."
