Hotel Chateau Laurier Quebec

"The Hotel Chateau Laurier Quebec was a dream come true! A superb hotel in a perfect location, just steps outside the wall around the Old City! The room was spacious and spotless, with lots of storage space for our belongings. The front desk staff was very helpful and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The only difficulty we had was that the valet parking staff was unable to charge our EV due to an incompatible charging station. (We have a Hyundai Ioniq 5). We had one adapter, but it was not a kind that would fit the hotel's brand of charger. I hope it is helpful to suggest that he hotel might want to consider having a few adapters so that guests with EVs can use their charging stations. Our stay was wonderful and this is my only suggestion of any type for the wonderful Chateau Laurier staff! Merci!"

"Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable for families. Concierge was never around, but that would be our biggest complaint. Overall, it was a great location and place to stay."

"Location is very good. Very easy to get to old Quebec City and parliament buildings. And close to the double deck bus stop. Staff are very friendly. Bathroom is very small and it is shared bathroom on the floor. It needs some maintenance to keep it clean. No parking included. Breakfast is included with accommodation , no extra charge ( 5 items you can pick up from listed items). It’s little but enough. I would stay with it again if I would go to Quebec City next time."

"Great Location, walk to almost everything in old town. Newly built in an old building facade, great breakfast, great staff. No Elevator - but the staff carried our suitcases up to our room and down again, which was a great touch. Highly Recommend."
