"Booked a one night stay as meeting up with a group of friends for a night out in Newark. My (standard) room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The bar/dining area was very cosy with local beers (Pheasantry) on draught. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay and the breakfast was superb. Excellent value for money - highly recommended!"

One slight issue was codes given to access room had to be reset but while that was happening we were made very welcome in the pub /resteraunt next door while we waited. "Excellent well designed modern lodge in superb condition. Ensuite bedrooms, comfortably furnished lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. Peaceful, secure countryside setting. Would definitely recommend for a quiet restful holiday. Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham easily accessible form this location. "
