"Our room was up in the attic & extremely small with a tiny window. I complained & was given a slightly larger room with a bigger window. The bed was small which my partner & I found quite uncomfortable."

"The hotel staff went out of their way to hep all guests with any hotel and external issues. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas both private and public. I have stayed here twice now and will be going back later this year, I would recommend this hotel without a second thought"

"Overall very good, but was a shame not to have better wifi and air conditioning. Was a particularly hot time to stay there, so may normally be fine, but just worth knowing for warmer weather!"

"A one night stay prior to flight - excellent airport location. Sizeable heated o/d pool with adult only sessions. Good sized room with large bathroom including large walk in shower. An early start necessitated a continental room breakfast - a sizeable feast, better than many in house breakfasts!"

"The room and en-suite were lovely - beautifully appointed and very quiet. Just what we needed. The staff went out of their way to help. There are three car parks and we had no trouble parking. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of food for every taste. There are three restaurants, The Ocean, The Steak House and Buho (serving Mexican food). Sadly, The Ocean was only open one night during our four night stay as the fish dishes there were excellent. Seemed such a shame as Guernsey is...
