"everything was fantastic. the only small thing was no air con but a fan was provided and once we opened the window, it was cool enough but if it had AC then i would say 100/100. the food, the room, the cleanliness', the staff were all top grade. close to the town centre of everything too so location was just what we needed"

"Lovely staff, delicious breakfast and very clean rooms. Some parts of the hotel have been modernised but other parts still need to be done so in places it is a little tired. But in the most part itโs an excellent hotel and the staff and food are incredible."

"This classically stylish hotel is well located in St. Peter Port, with easy access from the ferry port. Our room was large and, because it looked to the rear of the property, was very quiet. We ate at 2 of the restaurants and had very good meals, but our favorite was the small cocktail lounge off of the lobby where it was suitably dark and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Guernsey."
