"Jorge was so welcoming. He was always available to offer a suggestion or direction The facility was VERY nicely appointed from the towels and sheets to the tissues. Every light was spot lighting a beautiful object in the room. The ligjts would come on magically as you entered and turned off just as effortlessly. The common area on the second floor was a wonderful addition and allowed for an open space to enjoy wine and a snack. "

"The property was perfect for our visit to Salzburg. We stayed six nights (originally planned to stay five, but added a sixth at the last minute, and the host was super-flexible about adding the night). The only drawback of this property is the street/traffic noise. If you visit during a time of year when you leave the windows open at nighttime, be sure you pack ear plugs. You can use elevator down to the city which is in 5 min walk or walk along well maintained and lightened paths to all touristic attractions Everything about this place is great !! "The room was lovely. Charming and clean. The staff was really helpful, welcoming and lovely to work with. The bedding could use an update. The room information discussed different pillow options, but when asking there were no other options available. The down pillows are nice but for someone who is allergic and needs a firmer pillow it would be nice to have options. Also since there is no air conditioning, bamboo sheets that can be cooler might be a good update. But we loved the vibe. Kind of a...

"We were very impressed at this hotel. It was a very short walk to the old town part. We enjoyed our stay. The room was beautifully decorated and was spacious enough for our family of 3+dog. They had a beautiful garden area on the side. The only confusing thing this was figuring out where the parking garage was and how to exit/enter back into the hotel. You can eventually figure it out but it took a minute."

"What a way to start our vacation. The hotel aesthetic was modern, inviting, clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable and cosy. The location was centrally located. Easy walk to old town but not in a crowded busy area. The restaurant was also very nice. The porch area provided the perfect ambiance for breakfast and dinner. All the food was fresh, local and delicious. Lastly the staff were incredibly kind, accommodating and friendly. Would 10 out of 10...
